Today's Kitchen Tip: When should I start defrosting my turkey

If you are like many of us you are buying a frozen turkey.  We've already told you how to defrost a turkey and about how long it will take to defrost. 

If you have your frozen turkey, you might want to think about pulling it out of the freezer.  See our article on defrosting turkeys.
