Today's Kitchen Tip: How do I defrost a turkey

It's getting close to Thanksgiving and you may already have your frozen turkey.  Now that you have it, you need to defrost it. 

There are many ways to defrost a turkey.  My favorite is to defrost it in the fridge.  If you want to learn other ways to defrost one, please see our article on defrosting turkeys.
