Today's Kitchen Tip: Making crinkle cuts

I just love crinkle cut potatoes and bread/butter pickles.  When I make them at home, they can be difficult to make.  I purchased a crinkle cut blade for my mandolin but after almost crinkling off my finger a few times, I decided to look for another option.

I found the crinkle cutter at a local cooking store.  It was under $5 and works really well.  I don't have to worry about cutting my fingers off anymore.  The handle is comfortable to hold and the crinkle blade is sharp enough to cut through potatoes with ease.

If you do not want to buy an extra crinkle-cut gadget, just make sure you have lots of bandages because if you are anything like me....you're going to need them.
